Our products are inspected as per international specifications of DIN, BS & JIS and are supplied with test certificates. We employ the latest heat treatment equipment and temperature measurement instruments in our process. The finished items are thoroughly inspected for their specifications in order to ensure the movement of best products to the market. The tooth profiles of Hobs, Shapers & Shaving Cutters are designed and then checked for reverse generation of complex gear or spline profiles prior to the processing.
DESIGNING EXPERTISE
Our Engineers work closely with our customers to optimize tool designs using CAD, specialized software and expertise gained in years of manufacturing gear cutting tools for cutting spur or helical gears, involute or parallel splines, serrations, asymmetrical profiles, timing belts, sprockets, ratchets, roller chain pulleys or special profiles that you may require. Reverse engineering service is available where little or no data is available.
